Companies with between 3 and less than 10 employees can now request the help of Kit Digital through the electronic headquarters of Red.es.
Red.es opens the second call for aid for the digitization of small companies with between 3 and less than 10 employees (segment II). As of today, segment II companies can now request the help of Kit Digital. An aid that for this segment is €6,000.

The call details the requirements to apply for aid, the obligations incurred by the beneficiaries, the maximum amounts of aid for each category of digitization solutions, the justification, payment and control of the implementation of the solutions, among other important matters. . This second call has an initial budget of 500 million euros and its purpose is to improve the competitiveness and level of digital maturity of companies in this segment.
The amount of the aid will be €6,000 and with it SMEs will be able to acquire digitization solutions for key areas such as: website and internet presence, social network management, electronic commerce; managing
customers; virtual office services and tools, business intelligence and analytics, process management, electronic invoicing, secure communications, and cybersecurity. In addition, in this second call, two new categories are added, such as advanced internet presence and marketplace.
How to request the help of Kit Digital
1. Register in the private area of www.acelerapyme.es and complete the digital self-diagnosis test.
2. Consult the information available on the digitization solutions of the Digital Kit program, where you can choose one or more of those indicated in the catalog that can be consulted at www.acelerapyme.es.
3. Request help at the electronic headquarters of Red.es (https://sede.red.gob.es).
Once it is verified that the company meets the requirements, the digital voucher is granted. The beneficiary may consult in www.acelerapyme.es the catalog of basic digitization solutions offered by the Kit Digital program and the catalog of digitization agents. You must select one or several digitizing agents with whom to develop the solutions of
digitization that best suits the needs of your business and sign the "digitization solution provision agreements".
The grants are non-competitive and will be awarded directly and in order of arrival, once the verifications of compliance with the requirements of the call have been carried out.

More than 9,100 digitizing agents
Currently, the catalog of digitizing agents is made up of more than 9,100 affiliated digitizing agents. The membership period will remain open throughout the duration of the Program, so the catalog will be expanded as the applications are resolved.
Digitization agents are the only ones authorized to sign "digitization solution provision agreements" with the companies that benefit from the aid of the Digital Kit program and holders of the digital voucher, and they will be able to collaborate in the aid application process by also being voluntary representatives. , as well as in the control actions that derive from them.
In addition, they will be the ones who present all the supporting documentation and the ones who receive the payment of the digital voucher assigned by the beneficiary, once their justification has been accepted.
More than 22,000 grants have already been awarded from the first call
To date, the Kit Digital program has received more than 69,700 applications and proof of the agility of the Program is the more than 22,000 grants granted, in just five months, to the small companies to which the first call for Kit grants is addressed. Digital, those with between 10 and less than 50 employees (segment I). This means that more than 30% of the SMEs that have requested it already have the digital voucher to consume it in different digital solutions from the catalogue. This percentage of aid granted is equivalent to around 265 million euros from European NextGeneration EU funds.
The first call for aid was launched on March 15 and the application submission period will remain open until September 15, 2022.
Digital Kit Program
The Digital Kit program promoted by the Government of Spain, and managed by Red.es, aims to promote the digitization of small businesses, micro-businesses and the self-employed, and contribute to modernizing the Spanish productive fabric.
It is endowed with a budget of 3,067 million euros, financed by the European Union through NextGenerationEU funds, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, the Digital Spain 2025 agenda and the SME Digitalization Plan 2021-2025 , and has the objective of digitizing SMEs and the self-employed in all productive sectors throughout the national territory during the next three years.
