The Chamber of Commerce of Murcia has stated that the data provided by the EPA show "an intense creation of employment in the Region, although in interannual terms we are below the national average."<\/p>\n
The minister also acknowledges that "there is still concern that the structural deficits of the Region of Murcia are an obstacle to the development of the potential for job creation shown by the economy."<\/p>\n
For CCOO, the reduction in unemployment reflected in the EPA for the second quarter of 2018 "is achieved at the cost of increasing the levels of job insecurity of a working population already severely punished after years of massive unemployment, labour reforms, layoffs, employment regulation files and wage devaluation". In the opinion of UGT, the decrease in unemployment "is positive news, compared to the increase in the previous quarter, although it is clear that this growth does not generate quality employment, only precarious employment". "The figures for temporary employment are clear evidence of this, since as employment increases, temporary employment increases, in a much more marked way", it points out.<\/p>\n
