{"id":119063,"date":"2018-08-03T19:23:58","date_gmt":"2018-08-03T17:23:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/aseryde.com\/?p=119063"},"modified":"2018-08-16T19:26:53","modified_gmt":"2018-08-16T17:26:53","slug":"nuevas-bases-de-cotizacion-de-los-autonomos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aseryde.com\/en\/nuevas-bases-de-cotizacion-de-los-autonomos\/","title":{"rendered":"New contribution bases for self-employed workers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[et_pb_section bb_built=\u00bb1\u2033][et_pb_row][et_pb_column type=\u00bb4_4\u2033][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb3.12.1\u2033]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Following the approval and subsequent publication of Law 6\/2018, of July 3, on the General State Budget for 2018, the new amounts of the contribution bases provided for the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers (RETA) come into force.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Specifically, and effective from 1 August, the following changes will take place, among others:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 The amount of the generic minimum base of RETA is increased to 932.70 euros per month, consequently increasing the amount of those bases that are set with reference to it.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 The maximum generic base amount of RETA is increased to 3,803.70 euros per month.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 The maximum base amount for self-employed workers who were contributing less than 2,023.50 euros per month and had not exercised the option referred to in Article 130, Section Five. 2 of Law 6\/2018, is increased to 2,052 euros per month.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 The minimum (1,005.90 euros per month) and maximum (2,052.00 euros per month) base amounts established in general terms are increased, with the exceptions contemplated by the Law, for self-employed workers aged 48 years or older.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The accompanying image shows a table with the amounts of the various contribution bases applicable in the RETA as of August 1, written in red, compared with the bases in force from January 1 to July 31.<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_119055\" style=\"width: 795px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-119055\" class=\"wp-image-119055 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/aseryde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Sistema-de-liquidaci\u00f3n-directo.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"785\" height=\"960\" srcset=\"https:\/\/aseryde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Sistema-de-liquidaci\u00f3n-directo.jpg 785w, https:\/\/aseryde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Sistema-de-liquidaci\u00f3n-directo-600x734.jpg 600w, https:\/\/aseryde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Sistema-de-liquidaci\u00f3n-directo-245x300.jpg 245w, https:\/\/aseryde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Sistema-de-liquidaci\u00f3n-directo-768x939.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 785px) 100vw, 785px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-119055\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Amounts of the various contribution bases applicable in the RETA as of 1 August (in red).<\/p><\/div>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><div class=\"et_pb_row et_pb_row_0 et_pb_row_empty\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div> Following the approval and subsequent publication of Law 6\/2018, of July 3, on the General State Budget for the year 2018, the new amounts of the contribution bases provided for the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers (RETA) come into force.
