In the semester analyzed, the average monthly incidence was also higher in the Administration, as well as the expense per indemnified person and other parameters.<\/p>\n
Why does something like this happen? The fundamental reason is the elimination of the punitive measures that weighed on officials when taking the prescribed sick leave, which has caused these to skyrocket in the public sector, although the economic boom also influences the overall increase. When there are lean times, cases of temporary disability decrease, and when the economy rebounds, sick leave tends to skyrocket.<\/p>\n
The losses constitute an example of a pocket of inefficiency that no government, of any kind, has been able to put a stop to. A focus with abundant cases of fraud halfway between the areas of Health and Employment, which the unions have always tried to keep shielded with the strange argument that doing otherwise would allow employers to commit outrages.<\/p>\n
