{"id":120344,"date":"2020-10-06T09:59:22","date_gmt":"2020-10-06T07:59:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aseryde.com\/?p=120344"},"modified":"2020-10-05T20:55:40","modified_gmt":"2020-10-05T18:55:40","slug":"prestaciones-para-autonomos-introducidas-por-el-rd-30-2020-de-30-de-septiembre-ii","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aseryde.com\/en\/prestaciones-para-autonomos-introducidas-por-el-rd-30-2020-de-30-de-septiembre-ii\/","title":{"rendered":"Benefits for the Self-Employed introduced by RD 30\/2020 of September 30 (II)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[et_pb_section fb_built=\u00bb1\u2033 _builder_version=\u00bb4.4.8\u2033][et_pb_row _builder_version=\u00bb4.4.8\u2033][et_pb_column type=\u00bb4_4\u2033 _builder_version=\u00bb4.4.8\u2033][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.4.8\u2033 hover_enabled =\u00bb0\u2033]<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">The second of the new features introduced in the new royal decree is the new extraordinary benefit for self-employed workers affected by a temporary suspension of all their activity as a result of a resolution by the authority to contain Covid-19.<\/h2>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>REQUIREMENTS<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Affiliated and registered with RETA at least 30 days before the closure resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Up to date with Social Security payments (payment invitation mechanism).<\/li>\n<li>It is mandatory to remain registered with RETA during the closure period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>AMOUNT<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">General amount: 50% of the minimum Contribution Base for your activity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Two exceptional situations are contemplated:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Member of a large family whose only income (in the family unit) is from RETA: an increase of 20%<\/li>\n<li>If there are 2 or more recipients of this benefit in the cohabitation unit (up to the first degree by consanguinity or affinity): 40% of the minimum Contribution Base each, without the option of an increase for a large family<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ECONOMIC EFFECTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Presentation: within the first 15 days from the closure resolution and takes effect from the first day of closure.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Post presentation: From the day of presentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In both cases: until the last day of the month in which the closure ends due to administrative resolution.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PRICE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Exemption from fees from the 1st day of the closing month until the last day of the closing month.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>INCOMPATIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Remuneration for self-employed work with a salary greater than 1.25 times the SMI.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Performance of another activity on one&#039;s own account.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Perception of company returns with the activity closed.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Social Security benefits, with the exception of those that you have been receiving and that are compatible with the exercise of your professional activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The second of the new features introduced in the new royal decree is the new extraordinary benefit for self-employed workers affected by a temporary suspension of all their activity as a result of an authority resolution to contain Covid-19.
