{"id":12055,"date":"2015-06-15T18:34:47","date_gmt":"2015-06-15T16:34:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/aseryde.com\/?p=12055"},"modified":"2015-06-15T18:34:47","modified_gmt":"2015-06-15T16:34:47","slug":"ultimos-dias-de-junio-plazos-de-presentacion-de-modelos-de-impuestos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aseryde.com\/en\/ultimos-dias-de-junio-plazos-de-presentacion-de-modelos-de-impuestos\/","title":{"rendered":"Last days of June: deadlines for submitting tax forms"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At Asesor\u00eda Aseryde we want to remind you of the dates that your company must take into account in this month of June in order to comply with tax obligations with the Treasury.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This month of June is marked by the deadline for filing personal income tax and wealth tax.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In<strong> INCOME AND PARTNERSHIPS\u00a0<\/strong>we have a deadline\u00a0<strong>until next June 22<\/strong> to present withholdings and income on account of income from work, economic activities, prizes and certain capital gains and income imputations, profits derived from shares and participations of collective investment institutions, rental income from urban real estate, movable capital, authorized persons and account balances.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Also <strong>until June 22,<\/strong> Taxpayers must present the models referring to the month of May:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-assessment: <strong>model 303<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Entity group, individual model: <strong>model 322<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Declaration of operations included in the VAT and IGIC record books and other operations:<strong> model 340<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Summary statement of intra-Community transactions: <strong>model 349<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Entity group, aggregate model:<strong> model 353<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Operations assimilated to imports: <strong>model 380<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For its part, referring to the month of <strong>May 2015<\/strong> Large companies must submit the following tax forms: 111, 115, 117, 123, 124, 126, 128, 230.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Until June 25<\/strong> Taxpayers will be able to present the draft and the income tax return for the year 2014 with results to be deposited with direct debit through the tax models <strong>D-100 and D-714<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He<strong> June 30, 2015<\/strong> The 2014 Income tax campaign ends, therefore, until this day the Draft and the 2014 income tax return can be presented with results to be returned, waiver of the return, negative and to enter without direct debit with the models <strong>D-100 and D-714.<\/strong> Likewise, June 30 will be the deadline for the presentation of the <strong>model 150\u00a0<\/strong>of the special Non-Resident Income Tax Regime for displaced workers in 2014.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For any questions or queries, or if you want us to process any tax, do not hesitate to contact us by phone (968 45 46 24), or through our <a href=\"http:\/\/aseryde.com\/en\/contacto-cieza\/\">contact aseryde.<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At Aseryde Consulting, we want to remind you of the dates your company should keep in mind this June to comply with its tax obligations.
