Thus, the second vice president and Minister of Labor, Yolanda D\u00edaz, revealed yesterday after her appearance in Congress that her team is working on modifying compensation. UGT has asked to reopen the negotiation with the social agents to raise the unfair compensation from the current 33 to 45 days per year worked.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u00edaz explained that the idea is to link the compensation to the circumstances of each worker who has been laid off and not focus it on a monolithic figure based on a series of days (33 or 45) per year worked.
