to keep a daily record of working hours exclusively by digital means, with new requirements for traceability, accessibility and control by workers, the inspection and the unions.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section record<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The system must be <\/span><b>objective, reliable and accessible<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and guarantee the <\/span><b>traceability of any modification<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In other words, manual or imprecise timekeeping will not suffice: the new model seeks to guarantee transparency and control over effective working time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The system must include as <\/span><b>minimum<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Worker identification and type of work schedule.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exact entry, exit and break times.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Work modality (in-person or remote).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nature of the hours worked (ordinary, overtime\u2026).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Waiting times, availability and digital disconnection.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conciliation measures applied.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Total daily and monthly hours worked.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Record of the authorship of the modifications and their traceability.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Another notable new feature is that <\/span><b>Workers will be able to access and download their work schedule record at any time<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and will receive a summary along with their monthly payslip.
