Employment in Cooperatives and Labor Societies<\/span><\/p>\n The subsidies granted within the framework of this Program are intended to subsidize Social Economy Companies that incorporate, as of January 1 of this year, working partners for an indefinite period and full time, provided that on the start date of the provision of work in them meets the circumstances provided for in this chapter.<\/p>\n Program 2. Contributions in Social Economy<\/span><\/p>\n The subsidies granted within the framework of this Program are intended to finance the monetary contributions made by each working partner that increase the registered capital of the company in an amount of no less than three thousand euros (3,000.00 euros), which must be disbursed in their whole.<\/p>\n Program 3. Dissemination and Promotion of the Social Economy<\/span><\/p>\n Through this Program, the partial or total cost, excluding the recoverable Value Added Tax (VAT), of the eligible expenses of the following activities may be subsidized:<\/p>\n a) Dissemination activities that aim to publicize the activities of Cooperative Societies, Labor Societies or companies established under other Social Economy formulas,<\/p>\n b) Promotion activities that contribute to promoting the social economy.<\/p>\n Program 4. Social Economy Business Organizations.<\/span><\/p>\n This Program aims to promote and consolidate representative or associative structures of the Social Economy in the Region of Murcia, for the representation and defense of their interests or the development of common purposes.<\/p>\n Partial or total financing may be subsidized, excluding the recoverable Value Added Tax (VAT), of the activities related to its internal organization and operation in the exercise of the powers legally attributed to it, and will be used to cover the costs of personnel, current expenses and expenses for providing services and management to its associates.<\/p>\n Program 5. Investments in social economy.<\/span>.<\/p>\n Through this Program, aid may be granted for investments, made and paid since January 1 of this year, in new or second-hand tangible fixed assets when it is proven that the supplier is a company whose economic activity is the sale and\/or or adaptation of used goods. If the majority of the working partners come from an employment regulation file, the supplier may be the company affected by said regulation, in which case the economic activity may be different from the sale of used goods.<\/p>\n Program 6. Technical assistance in social economy<\/span><\/p>\n Social Economy Business Organizations may be subsidized for technical assistance provided to Cooperative Societies and Labor Societies for their constitution, provided that their registration is requested in the corresponding administrative records of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, starting on January 1 of this year.<\/p>\n The technical assistance for each Company will contain, at least, the analysis of the business idea, the economic-financial viability study of the company, which will include, where appropriate, a study to obtain financing, the corporate bylaws, and the deed public constitution.<\/p>\n 7th Program Social Economy in Public Universities<\/span>.<\/p>\n The subsidies granted within the framework of this Program are intended to subsidize the Public Universities of the Region of Murcia to carry out research, teaching and dissemination activities on topics related to the characteristics of the Social Economy and mainly with Societies.
