{"id":22404,"date":"2015-10-07T08:00:36","date_gmt":"2015-10-07T06:00:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/aseryde.com\/?p=22404"},"modified":"2015-10-07T08:00:36","modified_gmt":"2015-10-07T06:00:36","slug":"reducciones-y-bonificaciones-de-seguridad-social-para-las-personas-con-discapacidad-victimas-de-violencia-de-genero-y-victimas-del-terrorismo-que-se-establezcan-como-trabajadores-por-cuenta-propia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aseryde.com\/en\/reducciones-y-bonificaciones-de-seguridad-social-para-las-personas-con-discapacidad-victimas-de-violencia-de-genero-y-victimas-del-terrorismo-que-se-establezcan-como-trabajadores-por-cuenta-propia\/","title":{"rendered":"Social Security reductions and bonuses for people with disabilities, victims of gender violence and victims of terrorism who establish themselves as self-employed workers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">People with a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33%,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Victims of gender violence and victims of terrorism, who cause initial registration or who have not been registered in the immediately preceding five years in the RETA, whether they employ workers or not, will enjoy the following benefits:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If they contribute for the minimum base: The fee for common contingencies, including temporary disability, will be 50 euros per month for the twelve months immediately following registration.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If they contribute for a higher base: the fee for common contingencies, including temporary disability, will be reduced by 80% of the minimum fee, during the twelve months immediately following registration.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once the initial period of twelve months has ended, the 50% may be credited from the result of applying to the minimum contribution base that corresponds the minimum contribution rate in force at any time, including temporary disability, for a maximum period of up to forty-eight months, until completing a maximum period of five years from the effective date of discharge.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The two details detailed in the previous section are also applicable for these cases.
