Since last January 15, the extraordinary activation program for employment designed by the Government and the social agents has been in force to promote the labor reintegration of long-term unemployed<\/strong> (those who have been unemployed for more than a year) that includes financial aid of 426 euros per month<\/strong> (80% of Iprem) for a maximum of six months.<\/p>\n

This help can be accessed by the long-term unemployed who have exhausted all benefits, have family responsibilities <\/strong>and meet certain requirements. Specifically, the long-term unemployed who have had a previous job, who are actively looking for a job, and who have consumed the Prepara, Prodi or Active Insertion Income benefits at least six months before requesting the aid.<\/p>\n

To be eligible for this benefit, applicants must have family responsibilities and be registered as jobseekers on December 1, 2014 (they must have been registered for at least 12 months in the previous 18 months).<\/p>\n

The beneficiaries will be forced to carry out an itinerary <\/strong>designed by the public employment services with the idea that they rejoin the labor market as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

The willingness of the person to work will also be taken into account, so that only those who have lost their last job "involuntarily" and those who accept any "adequate" job offer, among other assumptions, can benefit from the program. .<\/p>\n

Activity commitment<\/strong><\/p>\n

Beneficiaries must sign at the time of the application an activity commitment by virtue of which they will carry out the actions determined by the public employment services or placement agencies that act in collaboration with them.<\/p>\n

If, while participating in the programme, beneficiaries receive a suitable offer of employment or a training course and reject it, they will leave the programme.<\/p>\n

Applicants must, in advance, carry out a active job search and accredit it<\/strong>. The payment of the aid will be made once the established requirements are accredited and this active search for employment during a period of one month.<\/p>\n

The actions to be carried out in the development of the program may be professional orientation and intermediation, training or recognition of professional experience, and advice for self-employment and entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n

This program, which will be valid until April 15, 2016 <\/strong>and it may be extended, it may be made compatible with a job.
