{"id":61280,"date":"2016-11-04T13:51:19","date_gmt":"2016-11-04T12:51:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/aseryde.com\/?p=61280"},"modified":"2016-11-04T13:51:19","modified_gmt":"2016-11-04T12:51:19","slug":"la-cuota-cero-para-jovenes-autonomos-de-la-region-de-murcia-entrara-en-vigor-antes-de-final-de-ano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aseryde.com\/en\/la-cuota-cero-para-jovenes-autonomos-de-la-region-de-murcia-entrara-en-vigor-antes-de-final-de-ano\/","title":{"rendered":"The &#039;zero quota&#039; for young self-employed people in the Region of Murcia will come into force before the end of the year"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nThe Regional Administration of Murcia will assume the registration and payment of the Social Security contribution of the self-employed during the first year of activity of those young people registered in the Youth Guarantee<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Minister for Economic Development, Tourism and Employment, Juan Hern\u00e1ndez, reported at the press conference following the meeting of the Government Council that the &#039;Zero Quota&#039; programme will come into force at the end of the year, through which the regional Administration will assume the registration and payment of the quota in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers of Social Security during the first year of activity of those young entrepreneurs in the Region who are registered in the Youth Guarantee System.<br \/>\nThe bonuses will be extended to the second year of activity, since, while a zero rate will be applied in the first year, during the second year a flat rate of 50 euros per month will come into effect.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<strong>The Community allocates 45,000 euros to detect new training needs of the self-employed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The minister also announced the granting of a subsidy of 45,000 euros to the Association of Self-Employed Workers (ATA) to work on identifying new training needs for this group in the Region of Murcia.<br \/>\nJuan Hern\u00e1ndez stressed that the aim is to \u201cinclude this analysis in the training that the Community offers to self-employed workers and to constantly update its content, in order to continuously adapt to market demands.\u201d<br \/>\nThe minister added that this initiative &quot;is part of this Executive&#039;s commitment to joint decision-making, because in order to articulate our policies we want to count on those who know the most about a specific sector, we want to listen to their contributions, and then take them into account.&quot;<br \/>\nThe study consists of three parts. The first will be a documentary phase in which statistical information will be extracted and other studies on the subject will be analysed. The second phase will be experimental, with questionnaires, interviews and working groups to define in detail what the main training needs of self-employed workers are.<br \/>\nIn the last phase, of an analytical nature, the relevant conclusions will be drawn, which will be those that the Department will take into account when applying them to its training offer.<br \/>\nThis grant is part of those awarded for support and accompaniment actions for training for employment, which allow beneficiary entities to investigate new training techniques and enhance the quality of teaching to employed and unemployed workers.<br \/>\nAccording to the latest data, in the Region of Murcia there are almost 95,976 members of the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers of Social Security (RETA), 1,033 more than a year ago (a 1.09 percent growth), which places the Region with an increase in the number of self-employed workers three-tenths higher than the national average (0.77 percent compared to a year ago).<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Regional Government of Murcia will be responsible for registering and paying Social Security contributions for self-employed workers during the first year of activity for those young people enrolled in the Youth Guarantee.
