{"id":6896,"date":"2015-04-24T18:10:03","date_gmt":"2015-04-24T16:10:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/aseryde.com\/?p=6896"},"modified":"2015-04-24T18:10:03","modified_gmt":"2015-04-24T16:10:03","slug":"alta-en-el-registro-especial-de-revendedores-de-telefonos-moviles-consolas-de-videojuegos-ordenadores-portatiles-y-tabletas-digitales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aseryde.com\/en\/alta-en-el-registro-especial-de-revendedores-de-telefonos-moviles-consolas-de-videojuegos-ordenadores-portatiles-y-tabletas-digitales\/","title":{"rendered":"REGISTRATION IN THE SPECIAL REGISTRY OF RESELLERS OF MOBILE PHONES, VIDEO GAME CONSOLES, LAPTOP COMPUTERS AND DIGITAL TABLETS."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We remind you that, as a consequence of Law 28\/2014, of November 27, 2014, BOE of 28, which modifies, among other regulations, Law 37\/1992, of December 28, on VAT, new cases of application of the so-called <strong>\u201ctaxable charge inversion rule\u201d <\/strong>to the delivery of certain products.<\/p>\n<p>Among these new assumptions, they determine the convenience of identifying the recipients of the <strong>deliveries of mobile phones and video game consoles, laptops and digital tablets, who, being businessmen or professionals, are resellers of this type of goods.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Shall be deemed <strong>reseller<\/strong> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">to the businessman or professional who is habitually dedicated to the resale of the acquired goods referred to in said operations<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>The entrepreneur or professional reseller must notify <strong>(box 513 &#039;yes&#039;)<\/strong> to the State Tax Administration Agency its status as a reseller by presenting a <strong>census declaration<\/strong> at the start time of the activity, or during the month of <strong>November <\/strong>prior to the start of the calendar year in which it is to take effect.<\/p>\n<p>The businessman or professional reseller may obtain a <strong>certified with the secure verification code (CSV)<\/strong> through the electronic headquarters of the State Tax Administration Agency that will be valid during the calendar year corresponding to the date of its issuance.
