BORM of Wednesday, February 1 <\/a>published an extract from the Resolution of the General Director of the Regional Employment and Training Service, approving the call for subsidies for the self-employment promotion programme for young beneficiaries of the National Youth Guarantee System in the Region of Murcia.<\/p>\n

Young people registered as beneficiaries in the National Youth Guarantee System, who carry out an economic activity in the Region of Murcia on a full-time basis, which entails the obligation to register in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers (RETA), may be beneficiaries of the subsidies for the establishment of self-employed workers regulated in this order.<\/p>\n

The Order establishes two sub-programs of aid, one for the establishment of self-employed workers and the so-called \u201cZero Quota\u201d for the financing of self-employed quotas.<\/p>\n

Subprogramme 1: \u201cAssistance for the initial establishment of young self-employed workers\u201d<\/strong>, as support for the start of the activity, consisting of the granting of a lump sum, for the following maximum amounts:<\/p>\n

\u2013 In general, up to 2,500 euros.
\n\u2013 If the beneficiary is a woman, up to 3,000 euros.
\n\u2013 If the beneficiary is a person with a disability, is at risk of social exclusion or is a victim of gender violence or terrorism, up to 3,500 euros.<\/p>\n

Subprogram 2. \u201cZero Quota \u2013 Assistance for maintaining the activity, by financing the contributions paid to the social security of the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers\u201d:<\/strong>
\nThis aid is intended to subsidize the social security contributions paid by young beneficiaries of the National Youth Guarantee System. The maximum period to be subsidized will be two years from the effective date of registration in the RETA.<\/p>\n

The amount of this grant will be obtained as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

1-12<\/span><\/td>\nFee paid by the self-employed to Social Security for common contingencies + temporary disability of the minimum contribution base.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
13-24<\/span><\/td>\nFee paid by the self-employed to Social Security for common contingencies + temporary disability of the minimum contribution base \u2013 (minus) 50 euros.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

The subsidy will be calculated based on the contribution for common contingencies, including temporary disability, of the minimum contribution base.<\/p>\n

The maximum amount to be obtained by a beneficiary of the aid regulated in the order will be 10,000 euros.<\/p>\n

Submission deadline<\/strong><\/p>\n

The deadline for submitting grant applications will be as follows:<\/p>\n

In the case of subprogram 1: Applications must be submitted by the last day of the month following the submission of the application for registration in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers of Social Security (RETA).<\/p>\n

In the case of subprogram 2: The subsidy for the fees paid may be requested monthly or quarterly: In the case of monthly submission, until the last day of the month following the one in which the payment of said fees was made,<\/p>\n

In the case of quarterly submission, until the last day of the month following the quarter for which the subsidy is requested.<\/p>\n
