Until next May 21<\/strong> Subsidies from the Autonomous Community of Murcia can be requested to acquire new auto taxi vehicles<\/b> by professionals who provide their services in any municipality in the Region. For these purposes, the acquisition date will be understood to be the registration date that appears on the vehicle's circulation permit.<\/p>\n They may be beneficiaries<\/strong> natural persons who meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n 1. Be active holders of an interurban public transport authorization in passenger cars (documented on a VT class card) and the corresponding autotaxi license granted by a municipality of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia.<\/p>\n 2. The subsidy will only be granted for: 3.- Not being subject to any of the circumstances referred to in article 13 of Law 38\/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies.<\/p>\n These requirements must be accredited on the day the application submission period ends (05-21-2015) and must be maintained until the aid is awarded.<\/p>\n The obligations of the beneficiaries are<\/strong>, among other:<\/p>\n \u2013 Have the accounting books, completed records and other duly audited documents, in the terms required by the commercial and sectoral legislation applicable to the beneficiary in each case, as well as any financial statements and specific records required by the regulatory bases of the subsidies, with the purpose of guaranteeing the proper exercise of the powers of verification and control. \nOnly new vehicles that are acquired in the period between 04-20-15 and the date established in article 6 to justify the subsidy may be subject to a subsidy. (01-03-2016)<\/p>\n
\n\u2013 The acquisition of new AUTOTAXIS vehicles in those municipalities that have not reached 5% of licenses, in accordance with RD 1554\/2007, of November 23, which regulates the basic conditions of accessibility and use of modes of transport for People with disabilities.
\n\u2013 The renewal of existing AUTOTAXIS vehicles.<\/p>\n
\n\u2013 Use the new vehicle to provide taxi service in a municipality of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, ascribing it to a municipal self-taxi license and the corresponding transport authorization.
\n\u2013 Maintain ownership of the vehicle and its destination as a taxi for at least two years, unless, with prior authorization, it is replaced by another with similar conditions.
\nFor these purposes, the date of acquisition of the vehicle will be understood to be the date of registration stated on the vehicle registration certificate.
\n\u2013 Keep the purchased vehicle in good condition.<\/p>\n
