\nCompanies must comply with the obligations established in Law 38\/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. They must also comply with current legislation on labor and occupational risk prevention.
\nThey must apply for the aid by providing all the necessary documentation and subsequently adequately justify compliance with all obligations related to the subsidy.

\nApplications for aid may be made from the beginning of 2017 until the end of the aid funds.
