Among those models in which their presentation was advanced, model 347 of Annual Declaration of Operations with Third Parties stood out, a model that must be presented if in the previous year the amount of 3,005.06 euros has been exceeded with a client or supplier.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nUntil now, this model had a submission deadline until February 28.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nThe intention of the Tax Agency was to advance the presentation of the model until January 31, thus coinciding with the presentation of other important models such as 303, 390 annual summary or installment payments, in order to \u201chomogenize the presentation deadlines and improve the quality of fiscal data\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nSoon there were reactions from the different associations of self-employed workers and tax advisors, pressuring the Agency not to advance this model.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nFinally, a few days ago the <a href=\"http:\/\/aseryde.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/BOE-modelo-347.pdf\">Order HFP\/1106\/2017, of November 16<\/a>. In this Order, it is established that the deadline for submitting form 347 for this fiscal year 2017 will be definitively until February 28. Even so, for the informative return for fiscal year 2018 the deadline will be brought forward to January 31 of fiscal year 2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nIn this Order it is also established that models 171 of the annual declaration of impositions, dispositions of funds and the collections of any document, 184 of the Informative declaration of Entities under the regime of attribution of income (annual declaration) and 345 of the Informative declaration on plans , pension funds and alternative systems, will have a submission period between the 1st and the 31st of January.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nIn addition, this Order publishes the new model 190 Annual Summary of Withholdings and income on account of Personal Income Tax from Income from work and economic activities, prizes and certain capital gains and income imputations, which has undergone some small modifications<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A few months ago, the Tax Agency intended to modify the filing deadlines for some forms.
