The spouse and relatives of self-employed workers by consanguinity or affinity up to the second degree inclusive, or by adoption, who join RETA, as long as they have not been registered with it in the immediately preceding five years, and collaborate with them By carrying out work in the activity in question, they will be entitled to a bonus:
- Of the 50% of the minimum quota of the Special Regime or Special System for self-employment in question, during the 18 months following the effective date of registration.
- Of 25% of said minimum fee during the following 6 months.
It will not apply to collaborating family members who have previously benefited from this measure.
