The Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia publishes this Tuesday, August 9, the Order of July 27, 2016, of the president of the Regional Employment and Training Service, which regulates a specific employment training program aimed at young people. registered in the National Youth Guarantee System, and the regulatory bases for subsidies intended for this purpose are established, within the scope of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia.
The purpose of the subsidized activity is to improve the professional skills and competencies of young people, particularly those who are not employed and not integrated into education or training systems, through training, adapting it to the profile or proposal of actions that are established, in line with the needs of the market, through the planning of the training offer, with the aim of achieving the sustainable integration of young people in the labor market.
To achieve the objectives of the Order, 2 lines of action are established:
Line of action 1. Training through training actions.
Within this line of action, there are 3 measures aimed at achieving the objectives set by the program:
Measurement 1. Training actions linked to obtaining professional certificates. Eligible specialties: specialties linked to obtaining professional certificates. Training modules will be subsidized independently.
Measure 2. Language training actions that allow certification in relation to the levels described by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (hereinafter, CEFR). Eligible specialties: specialties registered in the SEPE registry that will be specified in the corresponding calls.
Measure 3. Training actions in Information and Communication Technologies
Line of action 2. Training and promotion of the entrepreneurial spirit through training projects
It will consist of combined actions of training actions with other types of actions that contribute to achieving the objectives proposed by this line of action, framed in the promotion of the entrepreneurial spirit. Within this line the following measure is included:
Measure 1. Training, guidance and support for young entrepreneurs, with the aim of promoting the creation of companies related especially to those growing sectors or with business ideas with possibilities of success.
Through this program, the execution of comprehensive training, advice, guidance and support plans aimed at young entrepreneurs will be subsidized.
Beneficiaries and requirements
Training entities, accredited and/or registered in the registry of entities authorized by the competent public administration, may be beneficiaries.
Percentage of financing and amount of subsidies
In general, the aid will consist of a subsidy of up to 100 percent of the eligible cost for the lines of action regulated in this order.
Announcement
The procedure for granting subsidies in competitive competition regulated in this order will always begin ex officio, through the approval of the corresponding call resolution by the General Director of the SEF, which will be published in the National Database of Subsidies and an extract of the same in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia, in accordance with the provisions of articles 20.8 and 23 of the General Law of Subsidies, as well as the deadline for submitting applications.
