The BOE of yesterday, August 25, publishes the extract of the Resolution of August 17, 2016, of the General Directorate of SEPE, which approves the 2016 call for the granting of public subsidies for the execution of training plans, at the state level, aimed primarily at employed workers.
Beneficiaries
The following may be beneficiaries of these subsidies:
a) Training entities, public or private, with a presence in more than one Autonomous Community or city with an Autonomy Statute in the areas provided for by the Joint Commission or the corresponding state-level collective bargaining body, published on the website of the State Foundation for Employment Training.
b) The groups provided for in article 3.6 of Order TAS 718/2008, of March 7, with a presence in more than one autonomous community or city with Statute of Autonomy constituted by public or private training entities, in the areas provided by the Joint Commission or corresponding state level collective bargaining body, published on the website of the State Foundation for Employment Training.
This order finances state-wide training plans aimed primarily at employed workers, who meet the productivity and competitiveness requirements of companies, the needs to adapt to changes in the production system and the possibilities of professional promotion and development. staff of workers, so that it trains them for the qualified performance of the different professions and allows them to improve their employability.
The following types of training plans are distinguished:
1. State sectoral training plans made up of training actions aimed at training workers in a specific productive sector, in order to develop actions of general interest for said sector and satisfy its specific training needs.
2. Intersectoral/transversal training plans, which in turn are distinguished: -General intersectoral/transversal training plans made up of training actions aimed at learning transversal competences to various sectors of economic activity or specific competences of a sector for the recycling and requalification of workers from other sectors.
-Intersectoral/transversal training plans aimed at workers and partners in the social economy, as long as they contribute economic activity.
-Intersectoral/transversal training plans aimed at self-employed workers.
Regulatory bases
The call is made in accordance with the regulatory bases contained in the Order TAS/718/2008, of March 7, Developed by Royal Decree 395/2007, of March 23, which regulates the subsystem of professional training for employment, in terms of supply training. Law 30/2015, of September 9, which regulates the Vocational Training System for Employment in the workplace, is also applicable, in particular the provisions of its first transitory provision.
Deadline for submission of applications
The deadline for submitting applications will be 30 calendar days from the day following the publication of this extract.
