The deadline for the start of the Employment-Training Program projects is extended

The BORM of December 3 publishes the Resolution of November 23, 2016, of the General Director of the Regional Employment and Training Service, which extends the deadline set for the start of the projects of the Mixed Employment-Training Program, subsidized charged to the calls approved through Resolutions of the Director General of the Agency, dated June 22, 2016 and September 2, 2016.

By Order of July 22, 2013, of the President of the Regional Employment and Training Service, the regulatory bases for subsidies of the Mixed Employment-Training Program were approved (BORM no. 173, of July 27), being partially modified by Order of April 16, 2015, of the President of the aforementioned organization (BORM no. 94, of April 25). These bases, in their articles 25.4 and 32.7, both modified by the aforementioned Order of April 16, 2015, establish that the subsidized projects must begin within the same year of approval of the call.

Since there has been a delay in the approval and publication of the 2016 calls, with the consequent delay in the procedure for granting subsidies, together with the fact that the availability of funds from the Ministry of Employment and Social Security among the autonomous communities with assumed powers in the workplace has been delayed and consequently, it has not been possible to have them available to date, it has been decided to extend the deadline for calls.

In this way, the deadline established in the regulatory bases for subsidies of the Mixed Employment-Training Program is extended until March 31, 2017, for the start of subsidized projects in 2016, charged to the following calls.

– Resolution of June 22, 2016, of the General Director of the Regional Employment and Training Service, approving the call for the granting of subsidies from the Mixed Employment-Training program for young beneficiaries of the National Youth Guarantee System (published on extract in BORM no. 148, June 28).

– Resolution of September 2, 2016, of the General Director of the Regional Employment and Training Service, approving the call for the granting of subsidies from the Mixed Employment-Training Program for the year 2016 for Local Entities of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia (excerpt published in BORM no. 209, of September 8).
