This September ends the deadline for submitting some aid grants to companies in the Region of Murcia, called by the Department of Employment, Universities and Business.
Aid for the promotion of the social economy
Specifically, on September 30, the deadline for granting grants from the announcement of aid for programs to promote the social economy for the year 2017, Program 1. Employment in Cooperatives and Labor Societies.
The beneficiaries of these subsidies are small and medium-sized Social Economy companies, which have their registered and tax domicile in the Region of Murcia, and the aid will be granted for work centers located in it.
The purpose of the call is to subsidize Social Economy Companies that incorporate, as of January 1, 2017, working partners for an indefinite period and full time, provided that on the date of initiation of the work provision in them any of the following circumstances occur:
a) Employees of the Company, with an employment contract in force before January 1, 2017, admitted as working partners as of that date.
b) Unemployed people, registered in any Placement Office until the date of registration in the corresponding Social Security regime, which must be from January 1, 2017.
c) Employed workers of commercial companies, with an employment contract in force before January 1, 2017, incorporated as of that date as working partners of Social Economy companies arising from the transformation of the commercial company.
For commercial companies, a series of economic situations that are specified in the call must occur at the same time.
The amount of the subsidy varies according to the worker's contribution to the share capital from 7,000 euros, depending on their personal circumstances.
Aid for product development and innovation
One day before, on September 29, the deadline for registration also ends. submission of applications for aid aimed at companies for product development and innovation in manufacturing processes.
Companies in the Region of Murcia that are SMEs, in any sector of activity, except those in the fishing, aquaculture, and primary agricultural production sectors, will be eligible for this aid.
As essential and distinctive elements of this line of subsidies compared to other aid programs, it will be an essential requirement that in the execution of the project by the beneficiary:
1-.A Project Manager with an employment contract with the beneficiary participates.
2-.A Research Organization is subcontracted whose participation in the project is justified based on the advance in scientific-technological knowledge or application of the same that the project represents with respect to the current state of the art.
3-.A new technologist is hired, with exclusive dedication to the project, and who will partially carry out his work in the offices of the Research Organization.
The maximum amount of subsidy to be provided by the Development Institute to each beneficiary may not exceed forty-five thousand euros (€45,000.00); and the maximum intensity of the subsidy may not be higher than 55% in terms of gross subsidy on eligible expenditure.
