Telephone service in Aseryde: from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

To continue providing services to our clients quickly and efficiently, at Aseryde we have established a telephone service that will be operational continuously from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., in addition to a WhatsApp line.

As you already know, in response to our customers, and in accordance with the recommendations of the health authorities, at Aseryde we have adopted a series of security measures to avoid the risk of spreading the coronavirus.

As we already informed you through a circular, all procedures can be done electronically (email, aseryde@aseryde.com), Through our Contact Form, and telephone, to which we have added a new communication service through WhatsApp 616 027 393.

To provide any type of documentation (DNI, notifications, invoices, statements, etc...) we ask that it be scanned and sent by these means and receipt will be confirmed and the procedure completed as soon as possible.

As at the beginning of April we have to prepare the first quarter of tax returns for the 2020 financial year, and in order to anticipate any aggravation that may arise, we ask you to send us the documents and invoices for the months of January and February so that we can work on them now. (preferably by the indicated means).

The entire Aseryde staff continues to work to resolve, in addition to the usual issues, any doubts regarding the consequences that the particular situations created by the State of Alarm decreed at the national level may result for your company.
