Recently, the Once Foundation has published a announcement which establishes aid for training contracts made to young people with disabilities.

Amount of aid

A subsidy of up to 18 months is offered for hiring, the amount granted would be 80% of the gross remuneration agreed with the company or set in a collective agreement.

The monthly amount of aid that can be granted per contracted worker will be between the SMI 707.60 and 1,061.40 €. Therefore, the total amount that the company will receive could be from €9,906.40 to €22,289.40.

The aid is subject to the limit established by the de minimis rule and an additional maximum aid limit of 500,000 euros is established per business group.

Once they receive the award decision, companies can request aid of up to €1,000 to adapt the job of the person hired.

This aid is compatible with the social security benefits of the training and apprenticeship contract.

This aid is compatible with the social security bonuses of the training and apprenticeship contract, so the company would not pay social security during the validity of the contract.

In addition, the official theoretical training that the worker would receive as part of his contract would also be subsidized at 100%. And the company would receive an additional bonus of between 60 and 80 euros for tutoring.
