Professionals will obtain bonuses for making indefinite, training or temporary contracts, among others
The self-employed who hire people with disabilities can access a series of Social Security bonuses just for the fact of making the contract.
If the contract that is made is indefinite, the bonuses will last throughout the employment contract. In the event that the disability is not severe, if the person hired is a man and is under 45 years of age, the bonus will be 4,500 euros, while if he is over this age, it will be 5,700 euros. In the case of women under 45 years of age, the bonus will be 5,350 euros and if they are over this age, it will also be 5,700 euros.
If the contract is indefinite, but the disability is not severe, a bonus of 5,100 euros will be granted for hiring men under 45 years of age, while for hiring women, 5,950 euros. For its part, for those over 45 years of age the bonus will be 6,300 euros.
The self-employed will also obtain bonuses for formalizing a temporary contract. In this case, if the disability is not severe and men under 45 are hired, 3,500 euros will be obtained, while if women are hired, 4,100 euros. When the contract is formalized with people over 45 years of age, the bonus will be 4,100 euros for men and 4,700 euros for women.
If the disability is severe and the contract is temporary, for men under 45 years of age, 4,100 euros will be obtained and for women of that age, 4,700 euros, while if they were older than that age, for men they would obtain 4,700 euros and for women, 5,300 euros.
training contracts
There will also be bonuses for alternating training contracts for which company quotas will be reduced, for example, companies with less than 250 workers will receive 100% from the bonus, while those with more than 250 workers will receive 75%.
In the case of substitution contracts with the unemployed with disabilities to replace workers with disabilities, the bonus will be 100% of the company contributions to Social Security. The bonus, on the other hand, will be 50% of the business fee for common contingencies when a contract is made for alternating training or a contract for the acquisition of business practice.
The bonuses will also be applied in the event that a contract is converted to indefinite or if a worker with a disability is hired by a Special Employment Center, in which case, the bonus will be 100% of the quotas.
