On August 4, the draft of the new Royal Decree to recast the General Law of Social Security was sent to social agents by the Ministry of Employment and Social Security, so that they could make their contributions and evaluate the text that will consolidate all the laws approved in recent years.
This Royal Decree, which begins its approval phase, aims to integrate into a single standard all the legal developments complementary to the General Law of Social Security; but it is also intended to update the obsolete General Social Security Law of 1994.
