The incentive for part-time hiring with training links is part of the Youth Entrepreneurship and Employment Strategy 2013/2016, which aims to stimulate hiring, while enabling young people to improve their employability by combining training and professional experience. This incentive allows the unemployed to obtain a professional qualification with a connection to the labour market.
The regulations that govern it establish certain requirements for both the worker and the contracting company:
- For the worker:
– You must prove that you are currently taking or have taken the training indicated in the 6 months prior to signing the contract, without it being necessary for said training to be specifically linked to the job offered.
- For the company:
– Maintaining net employment (to avoid the substitution effect).
