The Tax Agency modifies the conditions and now allows access to all taxpayers who have to fill out form 303

The VAT draft, the Pre303 model, is now for everyone. The document that until February of last year could only be used by some companies, can now be used by all taxpayers. Until a year ago, only SII taxpayers who had access to the added books could use it.

In that sense, users can access the so-called VAT census window. In this you can view the taxpayer's census information on this tax, within the settlement period that must be submitted.

census information

Taxpayers will also be offered a model in which almost all the boxes are completed. There will only be some exceptions, this is the case of those in which the taxpayer himself has to inform when submitting the model.

In the same way, taxpayers will be able to access all census information regarding VAT. With this information, the user can update or modify the data that they consider to be incorrect or whose information is missing.

Regarding the result, all taxpayers will be able to access the data contained in the result of their self-assessment. In this section, taxpayers will be able to access the portfolio of fees to be compensated.

Tax self-assessment

Taxpayers will have a table with information on the amounts to be compensated that are pending from other periods.

These amounts will be broken down by year and period. SII taxpayers who have access to the aggregated books will be able to know additional information, this is, for example, economic data on certain operations.

SII taxpayers with access to the aggregated books will have access to tax self-assessment data. The Pre303 model will also provide information on the activities that have been carried out throughout the year, as well as the operations carried out throughout the period.

Finally, information regarding the current account is included to be able to obtain the refund or direct debit the payment, as well as data on the amount and identification of the self-assessment that would have to be completed.
