The new tax obligation is included in Royal Decree 828/2013.

During this month of February: "Communities of Property Owners" that have exceeded 3,000 euros in payments to any supplier in 2014 (repairs, maintenance, elevator, etc.) ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A DECLARATION TO THE TAX AGENCY. Form 347: listing the supplier's tax data and the annual amounts paid.
