The CARM publishes in today's bulletin the subsidy order for the program to promote self-employment for long-term unemployed people, as an activity to promote the Joint Action Program for the Long-Term Unemployed in the Region of Murcia.

To be a beneficiary of this subsidy, you must be registered with the SEF with a personal employment agreement through a personalized insertion itinerary, and therefore included in the Joint Action Program for the Long-Term Unemployed.

The purpose of the subsidy is to carry out an economic activity in the Region of Murcia on a self-employed basis carried out full-time, which entails the obligation to register in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers (RETA).

There are two help subprograms:

a) Subprogram 1: “Aid for the initial establishment of the self-employed worker”, as support at the beginning of the activity, consisting of the granting of a flat-rate amount, for the following maximum amounts:

– In general, up to 2,000 euros.
– If the beneficiary is a woman, up to 2,500 euros
– If the beneficiary is a person with a disability, is at risk of social exclusion or is a victim of gender violence or terrorism, up to 3,500 euros.

b) Subprogram 2. “Zero Fee – Help to maintain the activity, through the financing of the fees paid to the social security of the Special Regime for Self-Employed or Self-Employed Workers”:

Through this aid, it is planned to subsidize the contributions paid to social security. The maximum period to be subsidized will be two years from the effective date of registration in the RETA.

The maximum amount to be obtained by a beneficiary of the aid regulated in this order will be 10,000 euros.

The general deadline for the call will be open from tomorrow until October 31, 2017, this being the last day for submitting applications.
