This incentive to self-employment is another of those included in the Law and which, in addition to hiring, aims to promote the continuity of agricultural operations

The people included in the Special System for Self-Employed Agricultural Workers, who are 50 years of age or less when they join it and are spouses or descendants of the owner of the agricultural exploitation, will have a reduction of 30% of the quota that results from applying the rate of 18,75% to the minimum base, on the contribution for common contingencies of mandatory coverage.

The owner of the agricultural exploitation must be registered in that same Special System or in the Special Regime for Self-Employed.

This quota reduction will have a duration of five years computed from the effective date of the obligation to contribute and will be incompatible with the reduction and bonus for new workers included in the Special Regime for Self-Employed or Self-Employed Workers, mentioned above.
The references to the spouse of the owner of the agricultural exploitation will also be understood to be made to the person linked in a stable way with him by an emotional relationship analogous to the conjugal one, once the scope of the classification of the domestic partner of the owner of the exploitation.
