Today's BORM publishes the resolution of October 3, 2016, by which the head of the General Directorate of Labor Relations and Social Economy resolves to publish the labor holidays in the scope of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, for the year 2017.
In this calendar, the following are established as holidays for the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, by agreement of the Government Council of April 13, 2016:
1.-On January 2, the Monday following New Year, in exercise of the option established in article 45.3) of Royal Decree 2001/1983, of July 28.
2. On June 9, commemorating the promulgation of the Statute of Autonomy of the Region of Murcia (replacing March 20, the Monday following Saint Joseph's Day), in exercise of the option established in article 45.3) of Royal Decree 2001/1983, of July 28. The Governing Council, on April 13, 2016, adopted the Agreement to declare Regional Festivals for the year 2017.
Therefore, the calendar of holidays for 2017 throughout the Region of Murcia is as follows.
