Today, September 4, the BORM publishes the Order that establishes the bases for the granting of Subsidies to promote the employability of young people in situations of risk of social exclusion.

The grants are intended for non-profit institutions for the development of programs aimed at improving the employability and social and labor integration of young people at risk of social exclusion registered in the National Youth Guarantee System, through the development of comprehensive socio-labor itineraries and training actions, as well as to companies that hire these young people.

Hiring in private companies is eligible for subsidies for contracts of between 6 and 12 months, provided that they have a favorable report from the entities that develop programs to improve employability, and that the young people hired are following a path of social and labor integration, in addition to complying with other requirements related to working hours and other administrative requirements.

The eligible expenses will be the direct personnel expenses, with the provision also being made for the granting of scholarships for attendance at training activities, as well as for materials, insurance, and other expenses directly related to the development of the program. The financing of other indirect expenses is also planned.

The maximum amount of employment aid may reach monthly 50% of the Interprofessional Minimum Wage in force at the time of the concession.

To consult the rest of the requirements and conditions provided for in the bases, you can go to the Order, so that you can request them when the corresponding call is issued.
