The BORM of May 25 published the 2015 Subsidy Order for individual artisans and artisan companies in Murcia, with the submission period being 30 calendar days starting on May 26, which ends on June 24.

Application: A single application must be submitted per artisan workshop. However, the applicant may request help for several of the actions included in this Order, but will only have the right to receive, where appropriate, a single subsidy, for a maximum amount of 1,000 euros.

Object: establish the regulatory bases and the call for the granting of subsidies to be granted under the special competition regime provided for in article 22 of Law 7/2005 on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, to individual artisans and companies artisans who comply with the conditions established in Law 1/2014, on Crafts of the Region of Murcia, modified by Law 9/2015, to promote the updating and new acquisition of machinery for artisan workshops in line with the LIMA measure B.3.1.

Beneficiaries: artisan companies and individual artisans that are considered Micro companies, in the SME category, with a workforce of less than 10 workers, dedicated to the production of artisan products in accordance with Law 1/2014 on Crafts of the Region of Murcia , modified by Law 9/2015, and the regulations that develop it; and whose artisan workshop is located in the Autonomous Community of Murcia.

Those who meet some of the circumstances listed in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies, may not be beneficiaries in the cases that are applicable.

Under no circumstances may companies in a crisis situation be beneficiaries.

Groups of natural or legal persons, public or private, communities of property or any other type of economic unit or separate assets may access the status of beneficiaries, even if they lack legal personality, provided that both are expressly stated in the application. as in the concession resolution, the execution commitments assumed by each member of the group, as well as the amount of subsidy to be applied by each of them. In any case, a representative or sole representative of the group must be appointed, with sufficient powers to fulfill the obligations that, as beneficiary, correspond to the group. The group may not be dissolved until the legal limitation period for demanding reimbursement has elapsed, as well as for determining infractions and imposing sanctions.

Eligible expenses: Investments in the updating and new acquisition of machinery for artisan workshops in line with the LIMA measure B.3.1 will be considered eligible.

No The following concepts will be considered eligible:

  1. a) VAT and other indirect taxes that are not susceptible to being recovered or compensated, nor personal income taxes.
  2. b) The financial expenses incurred as a consequence of the investment.
  3. c) Investments in motor vehicles.
  4. d) The expenses of acquiring or leasing land or premises.
  5. e) Expenses that are not clearly defined or that do not have the purpose of the programs and lines of action included in this order.
  6. f) Advertising campaigns on radio, press and other media.
  7. g) Accommodation and subsistence expenses (such as lunches, meals and, in general, restaurant and similar expenses).
  8. h) Personal travel expenses.
  9. i) General expenses linked to the operation of the artisan activity (water, gas, telephone and electricity, various management expenses, objects or stationery, etc.).

Eligible period: The eligible period during which the actions may be carried out subject to the specifications established by this order and by the general applicable regulations, will include from the notification of the subsidy payment order until six months later.

When, in duly justified exceptional cases, it is not possible to develop the project within the established period, the beneficiary must request the Ministry of Industry, Tourism, Business and Innovation to extend the execution period, and must prove the existence of the circumstances that prevent the project from being carried out. aforementioned compliance and indicating the requested extension period, which may not exceed half of the period granted in accordance with art. 49 of Law 30/1992.

Amount: The maximum amount to be granted will be 50% of each of the investments to be made by the applicant in the artisan workshop for which aid is requested, without exceeding the limit of 1,000.00 euros, VAT not included. The applicant may request aid for several of the investments included in this Order, but will only have the right to receive, where appropriate, a single subsidy, for a maximum amount of 1,000 euros, for all the investments to be made.

Applicants must not have carried out the activity before applying for these subsidies, since the fundamental objective of this line of subsidies is to finance new actions, in which the interested party does not have the necessary financing for their execution.
