The deadline opens today, until next October 15th

It is aimed at SMEs for permanent contracts, both part-time and full-time.

The Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia has launched a line of subsidies called 'Retorno Madre', which seeks to promote female employment.

It is aimed at small and medium-sized businesses and self-employed workers who hire unemployed women with children up to three years old and who, until October 15, can apply for this aid, which amounts to 8,500 euros if the contract they have is permanent and full-time, and 4,250 euros if the contract is part-time and half-day.

According to the President of the Community, Fernando López Miras, “this call for aid responds to the commitment made by the regional government to facilitate the return to working life of women who have become mothers and who had to leave their work activity for various reasons.”

The 'Retorno Madre' initiative is being launched with a call for incentives for the permanent hiring of women and starts with a budget of 300,000 euros until the end of the year. "These are specific measures by the regional government to encourage job creation, help us continue to grow and promote equal opportunities between women and men," said the president.

The plan also includes carrying out specific job guidance actions adapted to this group, priority in accessing training and public paid work experience programmes, and personalised support when establishing themselves as self-employed, along with financial assistance.

Unemployed mothers with children up to three years old will receive a conciliation aid of up to 295 euros per month for participating in courses for the unemployed from the Regional Employment and Training Service (SEF). The amount to be received may vary depending on the days the beneficiary attends class. The SEF aid will be 13.40 euros for each day of attendance at these courses.

The call was published in the BORM yesterday, September 17. PROVISION HERE.

Applications for grants must be submitted using the single application form available on the website www.sefcarm.es, in the “grants and subsidies” section (procedure code 2697), and must be addressed to the Director General of the SEF and must be submitted in accordance with the provisions of article 14 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October.
