The Ministry of Economic Development, Tourism and Employment Regional Employment and Training Service, has made public through the BORM the Order of December 30, 2016, of the President of the Regional Employment and Training Service, which approves the regulatory bases of the Subsidy Program for the Promotion of Self-Employment for young beneficiaries of the National Youth Guarantee System.
The purpose of the Order is to establish the regulatory bases of the subsidies destined to promote the establishment as self-employed workers of young people who are registered as beneficiaries in the single demand list of the National Youth Guarantee System.
These grants are integrated into a Subsidy Program for the Promotion of Self-Employment for young people in the Region of Murcia who are beneficiaries of the National Youth Guarantee System, which is structured into two subprograms:
a) Subprogram 1: Help for the establishment of young self-employed workers.
b) Subprogram 2: Help to maintain the activity, by financing the payment of social security contributions of the Special Regime for Self-Employed or Self-Employed Workers (“Zero Contribution”).
What is subsidized is the carrying out of an economic activity in the Region of Murcia on their own account carried out full-time, by young people registered as beneficiaries of the National Youth Guarantee System, which entails the obligation to register in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers (RETA), when the established requirements are met.
Beneficiary requirements
- Be registered in the Census of the Economic Activities Tax, or where appropriate, the community of goods (CB) or the professional civil society (SCP) to which they belong.
- Be registered in the RETA
Amount of aid
- Subprogram 1: "Aid to the initial establishment of the young self-employed worker", as support at the start of the activity, consisting of the granting of a lump sum, for the following maximum amounts:
– In general, up to 2,500 euros.
– If the beneficiary is a woman, up to 3,000 euros – If the beneficiary is a person with a disability, is at risk of social exclusion or is a victim of gender violence or terrorism, up to 3,500 euros. - Subprogram 2. “Zero Quota – Help to maintain the activity, by financing the contributions paid to the social security of the Special Regime for Self-Employed or Self-Employed Workers
