On Thursday, April 9, the SEF Order approving the regulatory bases of the Program of Subsidies for the Promotion of Self-Employment was published in the BORM, by which the carrying out of an economic activity is subsidized on their own, on a working day. full-time, which entails the obligation to register in the Special Scheme for Self-Employed Workers, when the established requirements are met.

Recipients

Those persons who are classifiable in any of the following groups may be beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in the Order:

-Women.

-People with disabilities or in a situation of social exclusion

-Men under 30 years of age or aged 45 or over.

-Men between the ages of 30 and 44 who are long-term unemployed, according to the definition indicated in section 5 of Annex I of this Order.

-People who have successfully participated in a Workshop School, Trades House, Employment Workshop or Mixed Employment-Training Program and no more than twelve months have elapsed since completion.

Requirements

In addition, to be beneficiaries of these subsidies, applicants must meet the following requirements:

1.- Develop economic activity in the Region of Murcia.

2.- On the date immediately prior to the submission of the application for registration in the Special Scheme for Self-Employed or Self-Employed Workers of Social Security (RETA) before the General Treasury of Social Security, be found:

Unemployed, unemployed and registered as job seekers in the corresponding Employment Office and have participated in professional information services for employment, self-employment and support for entrepreneurs.

3.- Be registered in the Census of the Economic Activities Tax or, where appropriate, the Civil Society or Community of Assets to which it belongs.

4.- Be registered in the RETA.

5.- Not having been registered in the RETA, in the six months immediately prior to the date of submission of the application for registration in said regime for which the subsidy is requested, except in the cases of registration as self-employed collaborator ; nor in any Social Welfare Mutual Fund that the corresponding Professional Association may have established, as a consequence of having carried out business or professional activities.

6.- Justify having made investments in tangible assets (specified in Annex I of the Order) necessary for the development of the activity, and for whose establishment the subsidy is requested, for an amount of not less than two thousand five hundred euros (2,500.00 €), excluding Value Added Tax.

Tangible fixed assets must be new, except in the case of real estate acquisition, and in any case, they must be directly related to the subsidized activity.

Only invoices that have been paid in the period between the three months prior to the start of the activity and the date of submission of the subsidy application will be accepted, in any of the ways established in Annex II.

Invoices issued in the name of a community of goods or civil society, whose members include the self-employed worker applying for the subsidy, will be charged in the same proportionality as their participation in it.

Payments in cash will not be accepted when the amount of the invoice exceeds 300 euros.

7.- When the applicant is a person with a disability, in a situation of risk of social exclusion or a woman who is a victim of gender violence, they must prove said circumstance in the manner established in Annex II.

Self-employed workers will be obliged to maintain uninterrupted business activity and registration in the RETA, for a minimum period of three years (1,095 days), with the exception of the event of temporary cessation of activity due to maternity or risk during pregnancy, legally established. The computation of said period will begin with the date of registration in said special Social Security regime.

During the period indicated in the previous paragraph, the beneficiary may not join any corporate form, related to the activity that is the object of the subsidy, with the exceptions established in letter a) of article 9.
