The design of a more efficient, effective, transparent and close administration that helps improve the productivity and competitiveness of companies, and with it, the creation of stable employment, are the bases on which the “Reform Plan” is based. of the regional public administration to promote economic and business activity'
The regional government will implement 25 specific action measures aimed at resolving the administrative obstacles encountered by companies, entrepreneurs and citizens in general.
These measures will be implemented in two phases, in the first of which, which will take place over the next 6 months, seven actions will be launched:
1.-The defense office of the self-employed and SMEs
2.-The implementation of the electronic card payment system
3.- Implementation of the telephone channel for administrative processing
4.-The expansion of the scope of UNAI processing (INFO Investment Acceleration Unit)
5.-The massive use and dissemination of 'Undertake 3«.
6.-The telematic registration of powers of attorney
7.-The IAE procedures guide.
The second phase includes eighteen measures, which will include the Single Company Folder, to unite all the documents of the same company to deal with the Administration, or the digitization of administrative files.
In this way, an attempt is made to rationalize the use of administration resources, simplifying procedures and procedures for citizens.
Citizens and businessmen will participate in this initiative through the suggestion box simplificacionadministrativa@carm.es. with the aim of improving the measures that are put into operation immediately and opening a debate in the medium term.
