The premises, except those exempted, must close their premises and establishments for face-to-face service at 8:00 p.m.
Today, the Order of January 19, 2021 of the Ministry of Health has been published in the BORM, which publicizes the current health alert level for COVID-19 in the Region of Murcia and each of its municipalities. (BORM OF 20-01-2021).
In its article 4.4 it expressly establishes that:
All commercial and service-providing activities open to the public must close their premises and establishments for face-to-face service from 8:00 p.m. onwards, and may only carry out their activity through home delivery services and collection at the premises upon prior request.
Such limitations shall not apply to:
– Food establishments
– Dining services
– University, educational and training centres of any kind, which may remain open until the time when the restriction on the freedom of movement of people at night begins.
Likewise, the services and establishments of sections b), c) and i) of art. 2.1 of Presidential Decree 11/2020 are excluded from the limitations provided for, being the following activities:
b) Assistance to health centers, services and establishments.
c) Assistance to veterinary care centers for urgent reasons.
i) Refuelling at petrol stations or service stations, when necessary to carry out the activities provided for in the preceding paragraphs.
All these measures come into force on the day of their publication, so compliance is mandatory as of today.
