In response to our customers, and in accordance with the recommendations of the health authorities, at Aseryde we have adopted a series of security measures to avoid risks of spreading the coronavirus.

Due to the Public Health Emergency situation declared by the WHO due to the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), from a place of tranquility, without being alarmist, but taking into account criteria of responsibility, and above all, in congruence with the purpose of containment of the disease, without prejudice to the measures adopted by the health authorities, we have adopted minimum safety measures that we want to share with our clients in the form of instructions:

  1. The office will remain open, unless we are legally forced to close due to worsening of the situation.
  2. We ask that all the procedures that can be done by telematic means (email) and telephone are carried out by this means, avoiding, as far as possible, the provision of paper documentation and physical presence in the office.
  3. The public will continue to be served, but please leave in person only in case strictly necesary, and that for the rest of the procedure the recommended means are used.
  4. For the contribution of any kind of documentation (ID, notifications, invoices, statements, etc...) and whenever possible, please scan it and send it to the email. Reception will be confirmed and the procedure carried out as soon as possible.
  5. As at the beginning of April we have to prepare the first quarter of tax returns for fiscal year 2020, and in order to anticipate any aggravating circumstances that may arise, we ask you to send us the documents and invoices for the months of January and February to be able to work on them now (preferably by the indicated means).
  6. We are adapting our informational media, in order to continue guaranteeing attention to our customers (in the extreme case of having to close the facilities) by Telecommuting.
  7. Likewise, we inform you that after the publication of Royal Decree Law 6/2020, dated today 03-12-2020, workers affected by Coronavirus (COVID-19) They will be considered a situation assimilated to a work accident during periods of isolation or contagion, receiving professional contingency benefits from the day following the sick leave or period of isolation.
