We have adopted security measures in our offices to restrict the exposure of both our staff and our clients, guaranteeing personalized attention by appointment.
The health authorities have announced the gradual return to the “new normal” with the launch of Phase I in the Region of Murcia on May 11.
Our office has been operating during the state of alarm with a certain normality, although with certain limitations imposed for the prevention and containment of infections due to COVID-19. Our activity was classified by the Government as an “essential activity for society” due to the services provided to companies, self-employed workers and workers that are so essential during the current situation.
Although we had previously considered that we were going to continue providing services, we believed that it was essential to convey the greatest peace of mind and security that we continued working. The reality has been that we have not only continued providing services, but they have been reinforced to handle the processing of ERTEs, Termination due to Self-Employed Activity, postponements of Social Security contributions and taxes, the fiscal quarter and the normal development of the dispatch.
During this period, in-person access to our facilities was limited, telephone service hours were reduced to the mornings, and teleworking was opted for by the entire office staff. In this way we have managed to process all the ERTEs and Cessations of Activity files in a very short period of time. All under enormous pressure due to the legislative maelstrom and with a level of uncertainty to which we were not accustomed, such as administrative criteria that were modified every day, with improvisations upon improvisations, which caused us insecurity in daily procedures. With all this, we have been able to fulfill our commitment and provide the best services that we have known how to provide at all times.
But the work is not finished, the ERTES and the gradual incorporation of all the affected activities remain to be finalized, there will be hard moments like the past, but now we know that we will do it in better conditions than the previous ones.
In this “new normal” we must continue to adapt under two premises, the first is to contain the pandemic, health comes first; and secondly, continue providing professional services in the best way we know how, which is by working.
To adapt our facilities and services, while the current situation lasts, we are going to modify our personal and telephone service hours.
Personal attention hours in our facilities will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. by appointment. Spaces have been adapted with screens, restricted areas, PPE equipment of masks, gloves and protective visors, etc. have been provided. In this way we restrict the exposure of both our staff and our clients. We ask that when you come to our facilities you come equipped with masks and gloves, as well as respect the distances and safety zones.
Telephone service hours will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and afternoons from Monday to Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. All telephone calls will be answered during this time slot.
In addition, communication channels remain open via email and WhatsApp at 616 027393.
With all this, we will continue to provide our services with the best standards of quality and professionalism that the “new normal” requires. We sincerely hope that it is as short as possible and leads us to a better normality.
