Through RDL 1/2015, of February 27, a new bonus or reduction in Social Security contributions is established for new permanent contracts, whether full-time or part-time (in this case it must be higher than 50% of the usual working day for a full-time worker).

The savings for the company consist of the fact that the first 500 euros of that worker's salary will not contribute to Social Security. for the part corresponding to Common contingencies.
